The Partnership is responsible for overseeing statewide career clusters in Financial Services; Law, Public Safety and Security (LPSS); and Business Management and Administration. Career cluster programming is made possible through the New Hampshire Department of Education’s tech prep initiative. The Partnership provides technical assistance to schools that are developing and implementing programs and facilitates articulation agreements with local colleges.
In addition, the Partnership facilitates meetings with the southern NH region's school-to-careers coordinators for the purpose of sharing strategies and best practices.

The Partnership is working with schools statewide to enhance their business curriculum through the American Careers Business program. This program was developed by the educational publishing firm, Career Communications, Inc. Endorsed by the States’ Career Clusters Initiative.
